Artistiek leider
Algemeen directeur – Artistiek leider Tjitske Mussche begon in 2012 met het organiseren van luisteravonden, wat in 2016
leidde tot het eerste Oorzaken Festival. Sindsdien voert ze de directie van OORZAKEN. Daarnaast maakte ze zelf o.m. de podcastseries
De Jurk en het Scheepswrak (NTR 2023) en Ongesigneerd (VPRO 2019) en de audiotentoonstelling Yalla Yalla, zie je in Egypte voor Teylers Museum (2024).
General Director – Artistic Director Tjitske Mussche began organizing listening evenings in 2012, which led to the first Oorzaken Festival in 2016. Since then, she has been directing OORZAKEN. In addition, she has created several podcast series, including De Jurk en het Scheepswrak (NTR, 2023) and Ongesigneerd (VPRO, 2019), as well as the audio exhibition Yalla Yalla, zie je in Egypte for the Teylers Museum (2024).
Productie
Producent Sanne Wiltink heeft veel ervaring als producent voor o.m. Cultuur+Ondernemen, CLICKNL, Internationaal Theater Amsterdam, Le Guess Who? en Into the Great Wide Open. Daarnaast is ze programma en audiomaker en maakt ze Van Riek tot Vork; audiodiners waarbij je in een smaakversterkend hoorspel meer komt te weten over wat je eet. Sinds 2022 werkt ze als producent voor Oorzaken Festival en Oorzaken Podcast Academy.
Producer Sanne Wiltink has extensive experience as a producer for, among others, Cultuur+Ondernemen, CLICKNL, Internationaal Theater Amsterdam, Le Guess Who?, and Into the Great Wide Open. In addition, she is a program and audio maker and creates Van Riek tot Vork (“From Pitchfork to Fork”); audio dinners in which a taste-enhancing audio play reveals more about what you’re eating. Since 2022, she has been working as a producer for the Oorzaken Festival and the Oorzaken Podcast Academy.
Lisa Roozen is producent en audiomaker. Ze volgde de Oorzaken Podcast Academy 2024 en maakt de kinderpodcast Filosoofje. Ook is ze medeoprichter van het platform kinderpodcast.nl.

Programma
Romanee Rodriguez is programmamaker voor Oorzaken Festival, daarnaast is ze audiomaker voor o.a. DOCS, Human en De Correspondent. Zo maakte ze de documentaire Doodzonde voor NPO Radio 1 DOCS en is ze nu bezig met een audiovoorstelling over Tuindorp Oostzaan in Amsterdam. Voor het Oorzaken Festival programmeerde ze de Makersdag ‘23 en ‘25.
Romanee Rodriguez is a program maker for the Oorzaken Festival and also works as an audio producer for, among others, DOCS, Human, and De Correspondent. She created the documentary Doodzonde for NPO Radio 1 DOCS and is currently working on an audio performance about Tuindorp Oostzaan in Amsterdam. For the Oorzaken Festival, she programmed the Makers Day editions in 2023 and 2025.
Rinke Vreeke is programmamaker voor Oorzaken Festival, zij is gespecialiseerd in het programmeren en creëren van immersieve verhalen waarin audio, ruimte en interactie samenkomen. Ze werkte als podcastmaker voor o.a. Trouw, ontwikkelde de audiotentoonstelling Op Aarde, richtte het Utrechtse stadslab RAUM op en was jarenlang programmamaker van het internationale muziekfestival Le Guess Who? Voor Oorzaken Festival programmeerde zij het publieksprogramma ‘25.
Rinke Vreeke is a program maker for the Oorzaken Festival. She specializes in programming and creating immersive stories that bring together audio, space, and interaction. She has worked as a podcast producer for Trouw, developed the audio exhibition Op Aarde, founded the Utrecht city lab RAUM, and was for many years a program maker for the international music festival Le Guess Who? For the Oorzaken Festival, she curated the public program for 2025.
Loes de Groen is audio en programmamaker, won in 2023 de NTR/NPO publieksprijs met haar podcast Achter de Gordijnen, was onderdeel van de Oorzaken Academy 2024 en maakte De Keververzamelaar voor DOCS en verschillende items voor Ergens. Daarnaast werkte ze mee aan een audiowandeling door en over het Griftpark.
Loes de Groen is an audio and program maker. She won the NTR/NPO Audience Award in 2023 with her podcast Achter de Gordijnen, took part in the Oorzaken Academy in 2024, and created De Keververzamelaar for DOCS as well as several pieces for Ergens. In addition, she contributed to an audio walk through and about the Griftpark.
Marketing en communicatie
Marketing & Communicatie Eef Prins werkte jarenlang voor o.m. VPRO en Nationale Opera als marketingstrateeg en campagneleider, daarnaast is ze zakelijk leider van Echt Gebeurd. Sinds 2022 doet ze de PR voor OORZAKEN.
Eef Prins worked for many years as a marketing strategist and campaign manager for, among others, VPRO and the Dutch National Opera. She is also the managing director of Echt Gebeurd. Since 2022, she has been responsible for PR at OORZAKEN.
Cadisha Lepelblad is communicatieadviseur bij IMC Weekendschool en werkt bij OORZAKEN aan de sociale media en nieuwsbrieven. Ze volgde in 2023 de Oorzaken Podcast Academy in Amsterdam Nieuw-West en ontwikkelde zich zo als beginnend (podcast)maker.
Cadisha Lepelblad is a communications advisor at IMC Weekendschool and works at OORZAKEN on social media and newsletters. In 2023, she attended the Oorzaken Podcast Academy in Amsterdam Nieuw-West, where she developed herself as an emerging (podcast) maker.
